This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative, and fun architects and designers on award winning projects in the healthcare, higher education, and science and technology markets. 

 

Our new Communications and Brand Manager will help us share our story—both within the firm and beyond. In this role, you’ll collaborate across the company to craft thoughtful, engaging content that captures the essence of our work—who we are, what we do, and why it matters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our voice is clear, consistent, and aligned with our human-centric values and design ethos. If you're passionate about design, energized by storytelling, and skilled at bringing clarity to complexity, we’d love to hear from you. 

 

Successful candidates will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent education in a related field. 
  • Have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the AEC industry. 
  • Have demonstrated history of success in working with a diverse team of stakeholders. 
  • Be Familiar with managing a brand from both verbal and visual aspects. 
  • Have excellent leadership and relationship-building skills. 
  • Have strong and effective communication skills – written, oral, and presentation. 
  • Experience in the Healthcare market a a strong plus. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Will oversee the work of internal team members within committees, and brand initiatives.  
  • Works independently with limited oversight for team members. Position reports to the Principal, Director of Marketing. 

 

They should be able to: 

  • Participate in thought leadership and brand strategies. 
  • Manage the development and implementation of an annual press and event calendar. 
  • Develop content and writing in support of thought leaderships strategies. 
  • Create other content as needed for pursuits, social media, website, internal communications, etc.  
  • Foster and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship within the firm. 
  • Participate in professional development activities, learning and training programs. 
  • Be proficient in MS suite. Adobe suite is a plus.

Important Notes:

Pay Rate: $98,000.00 to $115,000.00/year


Pay Comments: If you are hired at Taylor Design, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certification. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
