We are building a health care business consulting practice to complement our master planning and medical planning services. We are looking for a dynamic leader to define and grow the new consulting service.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  •  Experience with building strong client relationships.
  • Joy when meeting new people, conducting research, and problem-solving.
  • Loves looking at the data, to analyze and find the story.
  • Experience BUILDING teams and expanding market sectors by forming a dynamic team.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm like a McKinsey, or Deloitte is a plus.
  • Any knowledge of the healthcare, architecture, engineering, or construction industry is also a plus.

  

The ideal candidate will have a story of how they impacted a company through the ability to take the lead, make a difference and drive results. Someone who has been involved with growth and organizational expansion is ideal. Experience participating in and building great cultures, implementing high quality outcomes for clients, and designing organizations is a plus.
