Voted Best Architectural Firm To Work For 3 years in a row, Taylor Design, a 100% employee-owned firm, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Orange County office.  The Project Coordinator / Office Administration position is the front-line image of Taylor Design with many internal and external responsibilities.  This position performs varied and complex administrative work requiring knowledge of practices and procedures of the firm.  The primary responsibility is to support our multi-office firm and various projects with clerical duties that include all project correspondence, client interface, and project team support.

  • Support the firm with exceptional administrative and clerical service

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Provide general administrative/clerical support to the firm
  • Provide full administrative support to the project teams including all word processing and project documentation, and may also communicate directly with various external project contacts

The successful candidate would posses a professional and pleasant personality with exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office applications required and knowledge of Newforma a bonus.
